I was the hired, to return to my Alma Mater, as the sound designer and sound engineer for Piedmont University's production of Bright Star. I created sound effects, including a passing steam train, and ran and mixed 12 microphones. The band for the production was live and was deemed loud enough in the small theatrical space to be left unamplified. The band did receive two monitors which I worked to run the audio through so that the band was able to achieve better timing for the musical numbers.
